Individual plans: Erbium, Diode, and PBM (monthly, semi-annual, and annual)

Full Access Plan: Complete access to all The Laser AI content and protocols
2. Refund Request Period
Users may request a refund only within the first 24 hours after purchase, regardless of whether it's a monthly, semi-annual, or annual plan. After 24 hours, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances, except in cases of unauthorized charges.
3. Conditions for Granting Refunds
Refunds will be authorized only if one of the following situations occurs:

Proven technical failures: When the platform prevents access to contracted content or functionalities

Unauthorized charges: If a charge is made without user consent

Technical incompatibility: If, after verification with support, the system cannot be used on the user's platform
4. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

When the request is made after the first 24 hours of purchase

When the service has been properly delivered and personal expectations don't match the results

For plans purchased with discounts, special promotions, or non-refundable coupons

For plans sold through doctors, distributors, or courses, where commissions have already been paid

Depending on the banking institution, the refund may take between 5 and 15 business days
7. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the contracted period

If users do not want renewal, they must cancel before the billing date

Payments made after the renewal date are not refundable
